The ARCOS 2900 Salmon Knife 293325 is a long, flexible knife from the Spanish manufacturer ARCOS HERMANOS S.A. for serving and slicing very thin cuts of salmon. The flexible blade with hollow edges also works well for dividing cake bases and pastry. Useful in kitchens of educational and healthcare canteens, restaurants and cafés.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, and the ergonomic handle is injected polypropylene, joined to the blade by direct injection. This joint keeps the blade firmly seated during intensive daily use.
