The ARCOS Universal 283704 salmon knife has a long, flexible blade for fine slicing — in institutional kitchens it is used to cut and serve very thin slices of ham and to divide cake bases. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as cafés and restaurants that need precise thin slicing every day.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel with a hollow (granton) edge — the pockets along the blade make cutting easier and keep food from sticking. The predominantly straight-lined black handle is built for daily heavy use and resists chemicals and high temperatures.
