The ARCOS Universal Salmon Knife 290 mm 284004 is a specialised tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing salmon into thin cuts in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. Its construction provides a strong and resistant utensil for constant and prolonged work in the kitchen.
The flexible blade with alveoli (Granton edge) is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, a strong and resistant material for demanding daily use. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle has a straight-line pattern, is ergonomic and designed for everyday use, and is resistant to high and low temperatures as well as some chemical products. The knife is made in Spain.
