The ARCOS 2900 Salami Knife 295700 is designed to cut and serve very thin slices of cold cuts and deli meats at canteen serving counters, in café and restaurant prep kitchens, and at the deli sections of catering businesses. The long, flexible blade follows the shape of the product, giving you control over slice thickness.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could accumulate.
