The ARCOS Forest Steak Knife 372500 is a table knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS designed for serving meat main courses in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The micro-serrated blade cuts through meat cleanly right on the plate without scratching tableware.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary wear-resistant material. The pearl (micro-serrated) edge never needs sharpening throughout the knife's lifetime.
