The ARCOS Regia Steak Knife 375000 is made for cutting medium and small pieces of meat and roast steak at the table in institutional catering: restaurants, cafés, and school, kindergarten and hospital dining halls.
The micro-serrated edge cuts meat cleanly and precisely without much force. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, which gains extra hardness through nitrogen treatment. The polyoxymethylene handle resists corrosion and high temperatures and is fastened with brass rivets featuring a gold-coloured decorative trim.
