The ARCOS Riviera Blanc Steak Knife 230524 is a forged knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing meat with minimal effort. Suitable for table service and institutional catering: restaurants, cafés, and school, kindergarten and hospital dining halls.
The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel — a solid, one-piece construction. The white handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), treated with the Bactiproof Silver antibacterial system and fastened with stainless rivets around a French-style bolster.
