The ARCOS Universal 281604 Cheese Knife is a dedicated tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for handling soft and semi-hard cheeses in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The perforated blade keeps cheese slices from sticking to its surface while cutting.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, hardened for extra corrosion resistance. The double-pronged tip is handy for both cutting and lifting cheese pieces. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle withstands high temperatures.
