The ARCOS Universal Pro Cheese Knife 792300 is a two-handed tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cutting hard and semi-hard cheese wheels in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés, restaurants and cheese shops. Handles on both ends of the blade give a controlled, even cutting motion.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material known for strength and wear resistance. The handles are made of polyoxymethylene (POM), a material that resists bacterial growth on its surface, withstands high temperatures and is resistant to chemicals.
