The ARCOS Riviera Tomato Knife 232000 is a compact knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing and dicing tomatoes, bread and delicate pastry items in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, restaurants and cafés. The serrated blade cuts without pressing and never needs sharpening.
The blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel — Arcos' patented material — for a long service life and consistent cutting performance. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is secured with stainless steel rivets that keep it firmly attached to the blade and help prevent accidents during use.
