The ARCOS Riviera Blanc Tomato Knife 232024 is a specialised tool for slicing tomatoes and soft bread on the cold-starter or breakfast line of an institutional kitchen — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. The pearled edge cuts through juicy pulp into clean, even slices without crushing it.
The blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for extra strength and wear resistance. A classic French-style bolster marks the transition from blade to handle. The white handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) with Bactiproof Silver technology, which inhibits bacterial build-up on the surface, and is secured with stainless steel rivets.
