The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Knife 293625 features a long, flexible blade for cutting cake layers, dividing sponge cake and portioning tortes and desserts. It is suited for pastry workshops, school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
The serrated (wavy) edge allows clean cuts through delicate baked goods without crumbling or crushing the layers. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material. The black handle is part of Arcos' colour-coding system that helps identify knives by purpose under European hygiene regulations.
