The ARCOS 2900 Serrated Pastry Knife 293200 has a 250 mm serrated blade for cutting and slicing cake bases and sponges in a pastry section: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, sturdy blade cuts cleanly through delicate sponges and fillings without crumbling them.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary high-strength material. The yellow polypropylene handle, heat-resistant to 120–130 °C, is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
