The ARCOS 2900 Serrated-Flexible Pastry Knife 293700 has a 300 mm flexible serrated blade for cutting and slicing cake bases and sponges in a pastry section: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The blade's flex lets it follow the shape of the sponge precisely when trimming.
The blade is made of NITRUM stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material. The yellow polypropylene handle is hygienic and non-slip, heat-resistant to 120–130 °C, and permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
