The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Knife 295000 with a serrated edge and yellow handle is made for pastry work — cutting and levelling cake bases in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafés and catering businesses. The long blade delivers a clean, even cut without crumbling.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance, with a serrated edge designed specifically for cutting baked goods. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
