The ARCOS Colour Pro 243500 pastry knife is a professional tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS, designed for pastry sections and production kitchens in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés, restaurants and bakeries. The sturdy 300 mm blade quickly and conveniently cuts, divides and serves cake layers.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary technology delivering exceptional hardness and cutting power. The serrated (pearly) edge makes slicing cake bases easier, and the blade resists deformation from high temperatures. The ergonomic, non-slip handle of polypropylene covered with elastomer features a red identification button, a signature element of the Colour Pro series marking its type of use.
