The ARCOS Natura Santoku Knife 155810 is an Asian-style kitchen knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide blade is very sharp and multi-purpose, suitable for meat, fish and vegetables.
The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel and made from a single piece, giving the knife excellent sturdiness and cutting capacity. The handle is crafted from warm rosewood with an excellent surface finish — the defining feature of the Natura series; the stainless-steel tongue-and-groove rivets are never affected by corrosion.
