The ARCOS Riviera Santoku Knife 233200 is a multipurpose, Asian-style blade from the Spanish brand ARCOS, suited for meat, fish and vegetables in institutional kitchens — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. The wide blade is very sharp and stands up to daily heavy use.
The 140 mm blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel with a Granton (hollow) edge that reduces food sticking to the blade during cutting. The stylised black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle follows the curve of the hand and is treated with Bactiproof Silver technology.
