The ARCOS Riviera Blanc Santoku Knife 233224 is a Japanese-style kitchen knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cutting meat, fish and vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide blade with hollow-ground indentations makes it a genuinely multipurpose tool.
The blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel — Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The white polyoxymethylene (POM) handle features the Bactiproof Silver antibacterial system and is joined to the blade with corrosion-resistant stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
