The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Knife 293600 has a long, flexible blade for cutting sponge cake layers, dividing cake bases and portioning pastries and desserts. It suits pastry workshops, school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
The serrated (wavy) edge lets you slice delicate baked goods cleanly without crumbling. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material with enhanced wear resistance. The yellow injected polypropylene handle is part of Arcos' colour-coding system for hygienic food separation under European regulations.
