The ARCOS 2900 290425 is a wide 130 mm blade knife for everyday vegetable peeling, slicing and chopping in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. The black handle is a widely used colour in kitchen colour-coding systems.
The NITRUM® stainless steel blade combines hardness and wear resistance, the hallmark of Arcos' proprietary steel. It is permanently joined to the polypropylene handle by direct injection, preventing the joint from loosening over time.
