The ARCOS 2900 290400 is a compact knife with a wide 130 mm blade for peeling, slicing and chopping vegetables in institutional kitchens — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. The yellow handle fits a colour-coded kitchen tool system by food type.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its hardness and wear resistance. It is joined to the polypropylene handle by direct injection — a permanent bond with no gaps where dirt or moisture could collect.
