The ARCOS 2900 Kitchen Knife 290525 belongs to Arcos' 2900 / 2900 PRO series and suits institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, stable blade handles cleaning, slicing and chopping vegetables under heavy daily use.
The 150 mm blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, combining strength with long-term wear resistance. The black injection-moulded polypropylene handle is ergonomic, shock-resistant and non-slip, rated for temperatures up to 120–130 °C, and is permanently joined to the blade by injection moulding.
