The ARCOS 2900 Kitchen Knife 290500 is a professional-grade vegetable knife from the Spanish brand Arcos for daily cleaning, slicing and chopping in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, smooth-edged blade confidently handles heavy daily use.
The 150 mm blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material combining strength and durability. The ergonomic yellow injected-polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, resists temperatures up to 120–130 °C and leaves no gaps for dirt.
