The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife Black 25 cm 290825 features a wide 250 mm blade from the Spanish brand ARCOS, built for intensive slicing, chopping and cleaning of vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The longer blade speeds up prep of large food volumes.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, and the injected polypropylene handle is ergonomic and non-slip, heat-resistant up to 120–130 °C. The blade and handle are joined by a permanent injection method that eliminates play and dirt build-up at the joint.
