The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife Green 290721 is a wide-blade tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS built for daily vegetable prep, slicing and chopping in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The green handle follows a food colour-coding system, helping organise workstations in a busy kitchen.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance — wide and stable for confident vegetable work. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could accumulate.
