The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife 292321 is an all-purpose tool for cleaning, slicing and chopping vegetables in educational and healthcare kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Within the 2900 line, this is the classic chef's knife profile — narrower than the wide-blade models in the series, giving precise control for fine cutting work.
The smooth-edged blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' high-strength proprietary material. The green polypropylene handle follows European colour-coding practice for vegetable-prep tools.
