The ARCOS 2900 Wide Chef's Knife 290700 is a Spanish-made blade for cutting cooked foods and everyday vegetable prep in institutional catering — school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The yellow handle marks it within a colour-coded food safety system for cooked-food handling.
