The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife 292300 is one of the largest knives in the line, built for daily high-volume prep in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as café and restaurant kitchens. The extended 300 mm blade makes slicing, chopping and handling large vegetables and greens easier.
Manufacturer ARCOS HERMANOS S.A. forges the blade from NITRUM® stainless steel, while the polypropylene (PP) handle is permanently joined to it by direct injection, keeping it firm under heavy use.
