The ARCOS Riviera Chef's Knife 233400 is an all-purpose blade from the Spanish brand ARCOS for slicing meat, fish, onions and other ingredients in institutional kitchens — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants.
The 150 mm blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel, giving it a precise, long-lasting edge that resists corrosion and wear even under heavy daily use. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is fixed with stainless steel rivets and finished with a French ferrule for an elegant look.
