The ARCOS Riviera Santoku Knife 233500 is an Asian-style all-purpose knife for cutting meat, fish and vegetables at a prep station in an institutional kitchen — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. The wide blade with hollow-edge dimples lets you cut quickly and cleanly, without food sticking to the surface.
The blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel. The stylised black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle follows the shape of the palm and is secured with rust-resistant stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
