The ARCOS Universal 250 mm Chef's Knife 280704 is a professional chef's knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, built for cutting vegetables and all types of meat. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafés and restaurants that process large volumes of food daily.
The long, wide blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is ergonomically shaped and resistant to heat and impacts, secured to the blade with anti-corrosion stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
