The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife 292022 is a wide-blade knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for daily vegetable prep, slicing and chopping in institutional catering — school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The red handle fits into a colour-coded food safety system.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could accumulate.
