The ARCOS Menorca Santoku Knife 145900 is a multi-purpose kitchen knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for preparing vegetables, meat and fish in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide hollow-edged blade suits slicing, chopping and mincing.
