The ARCOS Universal Chef's Knife with Granton Edge 200 mm 280601 is a work tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. It is ideal for cutting, chopping and dicing large volumes of vegetables and meat.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, worked in nitrogen, glides easily through the product and has increased hardness. The hollow (Granton) pockets on the blade prevent food from sticking to the surface. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is resistant to high temperatures.
