The ARCOS Manhattan 210 mm Chef's Knife 160600 is a forged all-purpose knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, built for heavy daily use in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering facilities, restaurants, cafés and other food-service establishments. The wide, stable blade handles cleaning, slicing and chopping of vegetables and other ingredients with ease.

The blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel — Arcos' proprietary material — without welded joints, giving it high strength and resistance to deformation. The smooth Silk Edge delivers an especially precise, clean cut, while the raised blade spine keeps the hand clear of friction during use. The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), resistant to chemicals and high temperatures, with an antibacterial coating.
