The ARCOS Niza 135300 vegetable knife is an all-purpose tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for daily peeling, slicing and chopping of vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
The wide, stable blade is made of Arcos' proprietary NITRUM® stainless steel, valued for its performance and durability under daily heavy use. The polypropylene (PP) handle is lightweight, hygienic and resistant to impact, chemicals and high temperatures.
