The ARCOS Riviera Kitchen Knife 230600 is an all-purpose knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for everyday work in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. Its compact blade handles fruit and vegetable prep with ease.
The knife is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel, giving it a solid, secure grip and long service life. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle features Bactiproof Silver antibacterial technology and is fixed with stainless steel rivets through a French-style bolster.
