The ARCOS Riviera Blanc Chef's Knife 233624 is a Spanish-made blade for mincing and chopping meat and vegetables in institutional kitchens — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. Its white handle sets it apart from the rest of the Riviera line.
The 200 mm blade is forged from a single piece of NITRUM® stainless steel. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is treated with Bactiproof Silver technology, which inhibits the spread of bacteria and germs on the surface, while the rounded French-style ferrule with a finger guard helps prevent accidental cuts.
