The ARCOS Universal 281404 Kitchen Knife is a daily workhorse for cleaning, cutting and chopping vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, smooth and stable blade holds up to the heavy workload of a professional kitchen.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its resistance and long service life. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle has predominantly straight lines and is secured with three anti-corrosive rivets.
