The ARCOS 2900 series 292000 chef's knife is a professional tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS with a wide blade for cutting cooked foods, designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafe and restaurant kitchens. The yellow handle helps sort knives by food type in a professional kitchen.
The wide blade with a smooth edge is made of NITRUM® stainless steel — a material with high resistance to high temperatures, corrosion and wear. The injected polypropylene (PP) handle is hygienic, non-slip and heat resistant up to 120–130°C, while the Bactiproof Silver® antibacterial coating prevents bacterial growth by 99.9%.
