The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife 291922 is a powerful tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for professional meat processing and slicing in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as the meat sections of cafés and restaurants. The large, wide blade with a smooth cutting edge handles intensive daily workloads.
