The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife 294622 is a professional working knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, built for meat processing in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, and the meat-cutting stations of cafés and restaurants. The wide, stable blade holds up to heavy daily meat-handling loads.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material prized for its strength and wear resistance. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, and the red colour lets kitchens colour-code knives by food category for hygienic control in line with European regulations.
