The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife 294722 with a red handle is designed for boning, breaking down carcasses and cutting meat in the production areas of catering businesses — kitchens of schools, hospitals and other institutions, restaurants and cafés. The large, wide blade withstands the heavy loads of butchery work.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, offering high strength and wear resistance. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently bonded to the blade by direct injection, preventing looseness and dirt build-up at the joint.
