The ARCOS 2900 Wide Butcher Knife 294822 is a wide-bladed working knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, made for cutting and breaking down meat in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, and the meat-cutting stations of cafés and restaurants. The smooth edge and stable wide blade deliver a confident, even cut through large pieces of meat.
The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for strength and wear resistance. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, and the red handle colour allows kitchens to colour-code knives by food category for hygienic control in line with European regulations.
