The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife 292800 is built for meat carving and butchery with a wide 300 mm blade, sized for heavy daily use in a catering prep area: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, stable blade cuts confidently through large cuts of meat.
