The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife Yellow 292900 is a compact professional knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS with a large, wide and very sturdy 130 mm blade for meat work in institutional kitchens: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés, restaurants and meat-processing rooms.
The large, wide blade with a smooth cutting edge is made of NITRUM® stainless steel for stability and high performance. The ergonomic polypropylene (PP) handle withstands temperatures of 120–130 °C, resists impacts and chemicals, and is permanently bonded to the blade through the injection process.
