The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife 294700 with a yellow handle is built for boning, trimming and portioning meat in production kitchens and cutting rooms of catering businesses: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, very strong blade is designed for heavy daily butchery work.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary alloy known for its hardness and edge retention. The ergonomic polypropylene (PP) handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, leaving no gap where dirt or bacteria could collect.
