The ARCOS Universal Pro 286700 butcher knife is built for chopping and breaking down meat cuts in institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafés, restaurants and butcher shops that handle large pieces of meat every day.
The 4 mm thick wide blade is made of ARCOS' own NITRUM® stainless steel formula and has a smooth, stable, fairly sturdy edge. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is joined to the blade with anti-corrosion rivets, and at just 645 g the knife stays comfortable to handle throughout a shift.
