The ARCOS Universal Pro Butcher Knife 286800 is a professional knife for breaking down carcasses and large cuts of meat in catering kitchens — schools, hospitals, restaurants and meat-processing rooms. The wide, sturdy blade holds up to heavy daily use.
The 4 mm thick blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel with a smooth, stable and very strong edge. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is fixed with tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets for improved corrosion resistance.
